Description: This BAT is modelled after a real-life building:

	Name: 1000 de Gauchetire
	Height: 205m
	Floors: 51
	City: Montreal, Qc
	Year: 1992
	Rank: 1 (Montreal), 8 (Canada) 336 (World)

Misc: This is the second BAT i upload to the community and technically
my first "BAT". (I started this project 2 months ago when I started
learning gmax.) It took well over 100 hours to make, although much
of that time was spent learning and going back to fix/improve things.
